Monitor your dose or condition if you are currently taking carbamazepine, azole antifungal (eg, itraconazole), macrolide antibiotic (eg, erythromycin), ritonavir, cimetidine, or St. John's wort.

If you use contact lenses and you develop problems with them, call your doctor.

If you have to take surgical treatment or will be confined to a chair or bed for a long period of time (eg, a long plane flight), inform your doctor earlier. Use caution in these circumstances while you are taking Progynova injection. (Japanese : プロギノバ )

If you are taking this Progynova for post menopausal osteoporosis, you may need weight-bearing exercise plan, as well as adequate daily calcium and vitamin D intake. Discuss with your doctor or pharmacist for more details.
